ONLINE STORE TERMS OF USE / DISTANCE CONTRACT
These terms apply to all purchases (products and services) made on the website www.1313perfumery.com.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order for any products or services.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payments for purchases on www.1313perfumery.com must be made immediately using MasterCard, VISA, or VISA Electron debit or credit cards issued within the European Economic Area, or by bank transfer upon receiving an invoice.
Product prices shown on the website are in EUR and valid at the time of purchase on www.1313perfumery.com/shop.
Buyers will receive payment confirmation via email at the address provided during the purchase.
Products are shipped within 7 days of payment confirmation, and the buyer will be notified by email. If specified otherwise for a particular product, different shipping times apply.
DELIVERY
Delivery is made via Omniva to the buyer’s chosen parcel locker, except for services that do not require delivery (e.g., in-person workshops or individual meetings), which are scheduled individually between buyer and seller or through the booking link provided in the service description.
Delivery is carried out according to Omniva’s schedules from Omniva parcel lockers in Straupe Viada or Riga.
The seller covers delivery costs; buyers do not pay extra for shipping.
When purchasing participation in workshops or personalized fragrance creation, clients receive detailed information via email within 3 days of purchase about booking procedures (for fragrance creation) or workshop details such as location and time. If this information is not received, please request it by emailing hello@1313perfumery.com.
If you cannot attend the workshop purchased, you will be offered the next available date.
The scheduled personalized fragrance creation session may be rescheduled without restrictions.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase at any stage, including within 14 days after receiving the product, according to distance selling regulations.
Products may be returned and refunded if defects are found, for example, damaged packaging during shipping, damaged product, or if the product does not match the description.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. The product must not have lost its original retail appearance (this does not apply to products damaged during transport, in which case please document the damage immediately with photos upon receipt).
Returned products must be in the same condition as when received.
Workshop participation or personalized fragrance creation sessions already completed cannot be returned.
All return requests must be submitted via email to hello@1313perfumery.com, including the reason for return, buyer’s name, contact phone number, email address, and bank account details for refund processing.
The seller will respond to return requests within 3 business days. After receiving the response, the product must be shipped back to the specified parcel locker within 10 days.
Returns must be sent to Omniva Straupe Viada parcel locker, addressed to SIA Hansa fabrik. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer.
Procedures for consumer claims related to non-compliant goods or services and consumer rights and obligations are described in the
Consumer Rights Protection Law.REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within five business days after receipt of the returned product. The buyer will be notified by email provided in the return request.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled anytime before payment by notifying the seller via email at anna@1313perfumery.com.
Orders not paid within 3 days are automatically cancelled.
SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
SIA Hansa fabrik commits to delivering products and services as described and within the agreed timeframe.
The seller guarantees shipment within 7 days of purchase. Delivery is subject to the delivery service provider’s schedule.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
If either party suffers losses, the responsible party compensates according to Latvian law.
Any disputes between Buyer and Seller shall be resolved amicably. If the Buyer is a legal entity or self-employed individual and disputes cannot be settled amicably, disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the Republic of Latvia.
