I’ve received a gift certificate for personalized perfume creation. How do I book a session?

You can book your 1:1 personalized perfume session here. If your gift is for a 2:1 session — personalized perfume creation for two — you’ll find the booking link here.You’ll need to provide your contact details and your gift certificate number. The booking system will automatically send you all the details and a reminder for your appointment.

What’s the difference between a personalised fragrance service and a fragrance workshop?

Can I bring a guest to my personalised fragrance session?

A personalised fragrance is created for you by a perfumer from the available palette of ingredients, using only the raw materials you love.

In a workshop you work in a small group, exploring a curated selection of 18 to 25 ingredients. Each participant chooses their own favourite materials, calculates their own formula under the perfumer’s guidance, and fills their own bottle of fragrance.

We encourage you to enjoy this experience fully and without distractions. But if you’re sure a guest won’t disrupt your focus, you’re welcome to bring one person along as an observer — just let the perfumer know in advance.

Can I book a workshop just for my group?

Yes — at 13:13 perfumery studio, you can book workshops for small groups of 3 to 10 people.

If you have a specific date in mind that isn’t shown in the booking calendar, feel free to email us to check availability.

For larger groups, it’s possible to arrange an off-site workshop. Let us know if you’d like a custom offer for corporate events, birthdays, or private workshops at your chosen location.

I received a workshop as a gift on a specific date, but I can’t make it. Can I reschedule?

Yes — you can reschedule your participation for one of the upcoming available dates.

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change your date, as the groups are very small and often sell out quickly.
